This patient had broken the maxillary left lateral/central incisors. They had previously been restored with composite which was wearing. The teeth were restored with porcelain veneers to match existing teeth.

This patient was unhappy with the color, alignment, and shape of his teeth. Also unhappy with the dark bicuspids on his maxillary left side. All of his teeth were whitened, and ten porcelain crowns were placed on his maxillary teeth.

This patient had his 2 maxillary central incisors knocked out. Implants replaced the missing teeth. All of his teeth were whitened. Porcelain veneers were placed on the lateral incisors for better proportion, and the implants were restored with porcelain crowns.
